The Church of San Agustín is a Catholic church located within the historic walls of the city of Manila, in the area called Intramuros. Completed in 1607, it is the oldest extant church in the Philippines. No other building older than the church has survived. In 1976 the Philippine government declared it a Historic Monument. In 1993 the church was included along with three others built during the Spanish colonial period in the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
